Our A-76 and the Acquisition Process course provides
concise and comprehensive training to prepare
contracting officer, SSEB, and PWS team for conducting
an acquisition in support of an OMB Circular A-76
competition. The contracting officer must recognize the
unique items this type of acquisition entails and how to
avoid problems when the source selection is required to
review the in-house offer. The course will explain the
acquisition concerns and issues that arise when
supporting an A-76 competition, and is presented in a
format that will encourage in-class discussions further
facilitating a comprehensive understanding of the how
