Our A-76 Introduction (Standard Competition) provides a
concise and comprehensive overview of the OMB Circular
A-76 standard competition process. This popular course
is designed to provide those who are new to the A-76
process (or have limited prior experience) expert
instruction on the fundamentals of the standard
competition. Attendees who attend this course leave with
a solid understanding of the process providing them with
a strong start to beginning the process. We keep the
class sizes small to give student’s the opportunity to
