The DoD A-76 Costing and COMPARE Helpdesk is temporarily off-line. You will not be able to access any features of the helpdesk until DoD awards a new contract for this support.

For DoD components, the impact of this downtime should not create a negative impact since DoD does not have any public-private competitions in-progress. For other Agencies who may have competitions in-progress, we apologize for any inconvenience this causes. We are working to restore support as quickly as possible.
If COMPARE is used for post-competition accountability (PCA), use the latest COMPARE version provided using one of the links provided above. You may still update rates and factors through COMPARE’s web update or by downloading the update3.ctu file using the link provided above. If new rates and factors are released before support it restored, update COMPARE with those manually.
