Our PWS Development course provides a brief overview of
the OMB Circular A-76 process with specific emphasis on
the development the performance based PWS. This course
is designed to provide participants information and
insight in designing and developing a performance based
PWS with a combination of expert instruction and in
class exercises designed to enhance and clarify
information presented in a format that will encourage
in-class discussions further facilitating a
comprehensive understanding of the process.
