Paradigm Technologies, Inc. (Paradigm) was established in 1994 with the vision to build a high quality, product oriented management and technical services team for Federal Government customers. Working closely with senior Defense Department executives, the firm's initial project involved cost estimating services for the Naval Sea Systems Command. High client satisfaction resulted in additional business opportunities and a methodical expansion of the company's core services.

Paradigm was acquired by Electronic Consulting Services, Inc. (ECS) as of December 30, 2011. ECS is an established, $200M professional services firm, delivering management and technical solutions across 30 Department of Defense (DoD) and Federal Civilian agencies. ECS is the prime contractor on 85 percent of our contracts.

ECS invests in obtaining industry certifications for our corporate business, technical processes and project managers. ECS is ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 20000 certified, and is twice assessed at SEI CMMI Level 3. ECS is dedicated to providing our customers with highly trained staff – 95 percent of ECS Project Managers posses PMP Certifications. Additionally, 35 ECS managers and staff have ITIL v3 Foundation Certificates, and four hold Expert Certificates.
