Paradigm Technologies, Inc. (Paradigm) was established in 1994 with the vision to build a high quality, product oriented management and technical services team for Federal Government customers. Working closely with senior Defense Department executives, the firm's initial project involved cost estimating services for the Naval Sea Systems Command. High client satisfaction resulted in additional business opportunities and a methodical expansion of the company's core services.

Headquartered in Northern Virginia, Paradigm currently employs over 225 professionals located in Arlington, Virginia; Huntsville, Alabama; Dahlgren, VA; Colorado Springs, Colorado; Boston, Massachusetts; Groton, Connecticut; Newport News, Virginia; and Fort Greely, Alaska. Paradigm just opened a new office location in Dahlgren, Virginia to continue to provide close support to the Aegis Ballistic Missile Defense Project Office. The company is a privately held business with a projected annual revenues of about $35 million. With an uncompromising emphasis on quality of service, Paradigm has demonstrated consistent steady growth since inception.
