Meeting and Event Planning positions work with customers to plan, coordinate, and execute meetings and events. Responsibilities may include any of the following areas: planning of distinguished visitor meetings for senior-level government officials; conference and government agency event planning; government career fairs. Must be proficient in all areas of meeting/event planning to include: vendor negotiations; invoice processing and reconciliation; budgeting; event logistics and execution; and promotional material development and dissemination.
