Pay-It-Forward
Paradigm’s Pay-It-Forward initiative is designed to assist Paradigm
employees expand their scope of giving service and caring into our
communities. Pay-It-Forward simply refers to doing three or more "Big"
things to help three individuals, families, or groups (unrelated to us)
meet important needs that would otherwise go unmet. For those who choose
to participate, Paradigm provides encouragement and resources ($375 in
cash) to employees who in turn give (in service and financially) to help
recipients of Pay-It-Forward. Paradigm employees then educate the
recipients of goodwill on the idea of expanding the action of giving by
encouraging the recipient to help three new unrelated people. Employees
are encouraged to use and provide the Pay-It-Forward Summary Document
below to aid in explaining the purpose of Pay-It-Forward.
Through action, Paradigm employees are playing an important role in
exemplifying the act of selfless service .
