Our expertise in Strategic Planning is effectively applied to help form the foundation of an organization. We help agency’s determine or refine their mission and vision, and in developing guiding principals that will assist the agency in executing its mission, and eliminating tasks that are unrelated to the mission and releasing those resources. Once the mission, vision, and guiding principles have been developed and championed, we help our clients implement strategies to assist the agency in achieving goals. Paradigm performs a “gap analysis” to identify impediments or missing areas necessary to executing guiding principles. Strategies are developed to reach goals and objectives; metrics are identified and used to manage and evaluate success; and an implementation plan for the strategic vision is developed to communicate the plan to the agency, develop individual action plans, track implementation progress, and to communicate the progress with the agency.
