Competitive Sourcing positions work with customers in a consultative manner. Responsibilities may include any of the following areas: A-76 studies and initiatives; public-private competitions; Performance Work Statement (PWS) development; Quality Surveillance Plans (QASP); development of Agency Tender to include Most Efficient Organization (MEO); and, Agency Cost Estimate, Quality Control Plan and Phase-in Plan. The person will work closely with other team members on assigned projects and activities with emphasis on thoroughness, technical accuracy, and timeliness of product deliverables. This person will have the ability to understand and communicate organizational vision, mission, goals, objectives, and overall strategies.
